Introduction of integrated vacuum filter device structure and difference from traditional products

Vacuum filtration devices are usually used in the laboratory to filter various aqueous solutions or solvents to remove impurities, bacteria, and clear solutions in the solvent. The traditional laboratory filtration device usually consists of a vacuum pump and a set of filter bottles, which can meet the needs of general laboratory suction filtration. However, such products also occupy a large desktop area, and the components are more and more dispersed. And so on. In response to the above shortcomings, the newly developed integrated laboratory vacuum filter unit VF204A effectively avoids such problems and improves the efficiency and flow of laboratory filtration.

The all-in-one laboratory filtration unit differs from conventional Vacuum Products in that it features an all-stainless steel housing in Hardware Metals with a low-noise oil-free filter vacuum pump. The main unit housing has an extended machine table where the filter bottles can be placed. The standard filter bottle adopts a more unique design, and the magnet is placed at the bottom of the filter bottle to firmly adsorb the surface of the stainless steel machine, so that the entire filter unit becomes a whole.

This one-piece filter unit has the following differences compared to conventional products:
1. The vacuum pump for filtration is built in the inside of the casing to avoid the problem that dust is sucked into the pump and the filtrate erodes the filter pump, which provides extra protection for the filter pump and prolongs the service life;
2. Due to the special design, the filter bottle is fixed on the machine table, so as to avoid the problems of filtering and falling caused by external factors such as shaking and misoperation. For traditional suction filtration products, the cost of replacing the filter bottles after the break is often a small expense, and colleagues also delay the test progress;
